Continual developmental is the aim of many
of our clients. We have designed specific developmental programmes
for Managers and Sales Teams that build skills for both immediate and
longer-term implementation. These programmes consist of a number of
training events interspersed with activities and supported by one on one
coaching and workbooks. The training events are Trainer led group
learning designed for between 8 and 12 participants. Usually these events
are run with breaks of one month between each session, allowing time for
participants to practice new skills. The start of each following
course sees a thorough review of actions taken in that month as a result
of the training. Interim activities can be designed to
ensure application of new skills and behaviours back in the work place.
These activities can take many forms for example: 'projects', 'reading',
'email reminders' or 'practicals'. Ongoing support can be made available to
participants through one on one coaching from the Trainers involved in the
programme and less formally through individual workbooks. Below are examples of Developmental
